like you, Webbworks has grown to be one of the largest Internet Service Providers in
Central Washington. Because of this growth and our dedication to providing
you with the highest degree of service, we find it necessary to more
closely define the technical support that we provide. Your subscription to
Webbworks provides you with the ability to connect and to access the World Wide
Web.
In addition, your membership provides you with the ability to access
and use e-mail and news services. It is in these areas therefore, that the
focus of the Internet Help Desk is concentrated. Because of this focus,
our staff will not be able to answer questions that fall into the area of
computer consulting. Our staff will be happy however to direct customers
to sources of information that will hopefully answer any questions they
may have.
The software provided our new users should aid in
your enjoyment of our services but it is important to note that this
software is not written by or supported exclusively by Webbworks. Our help desk
will however provide assistance with the following programs in the areas
of connection and mail and news services.
