Toll Free Access (1-866) Outside our local service area	$6/per hour	First hour of 1-866 access each month is included in monthly fee. Additional time billed @ the rate of $6 per hour for each additional hour, and/or $ .125 per minute for parts of an hour. All activity billed in 5 minute minimum increments.
